SHIPPING:
Thank you so much for your order. ReWax & UnWine ships domestically within the United States. We also offer free order pick-up at our New Jersey Studio. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of when the orders were placed. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped. Orders will only be processed on business days. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Domestic Shipping

USPS Priority Mail: delivers 3-5 business days after processing.

USPS Priority Mail Express: delivers overnight after processing.

UPS: delivers 1-3 business days after processing.

All orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day; this includes orders with expedited shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Free Order Pickup (When available)

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. You may pickup your order at our New Jersey studio which is located at 2 Division street, Jersey City, NJ 07302.

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after they are submitted without email communication.

RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time on any retail or wholesale merchandise due to the customization of each candle and kit.
If your item is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it with the same item in the same size. Please use our contact form on our Contact Us page to notify us about your defective or damaged merchandise.

ReWax & Unwine has the right to refuse any returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS POLICY
There are absolutely no refunds for scheduled and booked events. You may reschedule your event booking within 6 months of the event date.

**Please note, currently there is no expiration date for event rescheduling during Covid-19. Additionally, there will be no refunds provided during this time. This is subject to change.
