This upcoming Friday, the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce will introduce ReWax and Unwine, a fun candle-making experience, to the Killeen community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its grand opening.
The free grand opening event will be hosted at 2 p.m. at the ReWax and Unwine location, 1000 Lowes Blvd., with private party reservations for those over 21.
According to a news release from the company, “The experience will be a carnival of joy, perfect for date night or a night out with friends, an explosion of fragrances and more.”
“As we join the Killeen community, we are most looking forward to becoming a hub for creativity and connection,” owner Kelly Hunte said in a release. “We are excited to meet new people, host engaging events, and contribute to the local culture with our distinctive mix of crafts and entertainment, our goal is to create a welcoming space where people can unwind, express their creativity, and have a great time with friends and neighbors.”
ReWax and UnWine offers the Killeen community a unique blend of candle making, such as getting to pour your own custom candles, getting the opportunity to socialize, meet new people in a lively environment, partake in karaoke and BYOB wine.
